Tryouts run twice a year. Summer for 14U through 18U. Fall for 11U through 13U. Atlas Juniors is open enrollment.
Atlas VBC serves athletes across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
2026 to 2027 Tryouts · Rossford High School · $40 per player
Two tryout days. Pick the one that fits your schedule.
Athletes may attend either day. Register for the day that works best for your schedule.
Day One
Friday, July 10th
- 16U · 9:00 to 11:15 AM
- 14U · 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- 15U · 1:45 to 3:45 PM
- 17U and 18U · 4:00 to 6:00 PM
Day Two
Saturday, July 11th
- 17U and 18U · 9:00 to 11:00 AM
- 14U · 11:15 AM to 1:15 PM
- 16U · 1:30 to 3:30 PM
- 15U · 5:00 to 7:00 PM
14U through 18U summer tryouts are at Rossford High School, 701 Superior Street, Rossford, OH 43460. The Atlas VBC facility opens by October 1, 2026.
How It Works
Determine your age group
Your age group is set by date of birth as of July 1, 2027. Confirm yours in the Tryout FAQ before registering.
Attend an open gym
Two open gyms run before tryouts. Dates go to the athlete form list before they post publicly.
Register for tryouts
Register through LeagueApps. The $40 fee is collected at registration. A valid OVR tryout membership through USA Volleyball is also required.
Attend your tryout
Tryouts are private. Coaches evaluate skills, athleticism, coachability, and how athletes compete and communicate. Every athlete gets a fair evaluation.
Receive your offer
Written offers go out within 24 hours of your session, whether your athlete receives an offer or not. No one is ever required to sign on the spot.

At registration you can specify which team level you want your athlete evaluated for. Payment plan details come with your offer.
Dues do not include uniforms, personal travel, hotel, meals, or OVR or AAU memberships.
Atlas VBC facility opens by October 1, 2026. Athletes who commit at summer or fall tryouts get access to weight training and development sessions before the December season start.
